What to Expect From Therapy
Change is an incremental process that takes time. Therapy requires a commitment to change and honesty. It is a safe place where you can explore your fears and fantasies, address unwanted issues, and grow to your fullest potential.
Each therapy session is 50-minutes and most people attend once per week. Some therapies are brief, lasting a few months while others require years of work. The length of treatment depends on the severity of the issues you are working on and how much change you would like to undergo.

Fees & Insurance
Please contact us for information about fees.
We do not accept insurance. If you have a PPO you may be eligible for reimbursement of
psychological services and we can provide you with a superbill.

Intake and Psychodiagnostic Assessments
The first step in beginning treatment is a psychodiagnostic assessment. We will evaluate the nature and severity of the issues for which you are seeking support. This allows us to better understand the issues that need to be addressed and informs the types of treatment modalities that are most effective for you.
There are several levels of assessment available and they vary by comprehensiveness.
We can provide you with a psychodiagnostic assessment with a full, comprehensive report or with a summarized report for a lower fee. Psychosocial assessments are also available but do not include a report.
Please contact us for more information about the fees and specifics of these assessments.
