Lisa De La Rue, Registered Psychological Assistant (#94026472), provides harm reduction psychotherapy to individuals and families who are affected by addiction. She also provides reentry support. She received a doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign.
She has received training and supervision from experts in trauma responsive care, and harm reduction, and has significant experience working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. Lisa utilizes a liberation psychology lens, and strives to help people connect to their cultural unconsciousness as a source of power, healing, and liberation. She has a special interest in supporting women from diverse backgrounds, and individuals and families who may be navigating reentry needs.
